• Content you create. The prompts you submit, the text the Service generates, any edits you make to that text, and related details such as the voice chosen and any scores from the Judge feature.

• Payment information. When you buy credits, payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number; we receive limited transaction details needed to confirm and support your purchase.

Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, trade-secret, attorney-client privileged, medical, legal, financial, or other highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable with its processing and retention as described in this Policy.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Service.

As described in our Terms of Service, you retain ownership of the content you create, and you grant us a perpetual license to use it for these purposes, which we may exercise accordingly.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Note that we may retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or legitimate need to do so, and that rights in content are also governed by our Terms of Service.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, though we may retain certain records for legal, security, operational, and potential model-training purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is intended only for people who are at least eighteen (18) years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it.

9. International users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
